We sell handcrafted scented candles made in small batches. While we strive for consistency, due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur. All products are subject to availability.

3. Ordering

To place an order, simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or inventory issues.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice, but you will always be charged the rate shown at checkout.

5. Payments

We accept secure payment through major credit/debit cards and payment processors like Stripe or PayPal. All payment information is encrypted and processed through third-party services — we do not store your full payment details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders within 2 days of purchase. Delivery times vary based on your location. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Once your order is dispatched, we will provide tracking information when available.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your candles! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 1-2 days of delivery. Returns are accepted for unused products in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.

8. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 1-2 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll do our best to resolve the problem quickly.
